Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services (“Services”) provided by Solo Innovations Ltd, trading as Trade Master (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in England & Wales with company number 09470015 and registered office at:

By engaging us for our Services, or by otherwise accessing or using our website trademaster.co, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. Services

1.1 We provide marketing, web-design, lead generation, SEO, Google Ads / social ads, analytics and related services to tradespeople (“Clients”).
1.2 We operate on a “no upfront payment” model: you pay when we deliver (as per the agreed deliverables).
1.3 Specific deliverables, milestones, metrics, timelines, and payment triggers will be set out in an individual Proposal / Agreement.

2. Client Obligations

  • Provide all required information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Cover any third-party costs (e.g. ad spend, hosting, domain registration) unless otherwise agreed.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and not request unlawful or infringing activities.

3. Payment

  • Payment terms will be set out in your Proposal / Agreement.

  • Payment is due upon successful completion of agreed deliverables or milestones.

  • Late payments may incur interest at [X]% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Acceptance & Capacity

  • We work with a limited number of Clients each month to ensure quality.

  • Acceptance is at our discretion. We may refuse or terminate relationships where criteria are not met or where these Terms are breached.

5. Results & Guarantees

  • We aim to deliver improvements in leads, rankings, and conversions, but results are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Case studies, examples, and projections are illustrative only.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless agreed otherwise, Solo Innovations Ltd retains ownership of all intellectual property created.

  • You are granted a licence to use deliverables once paid in full.

  • You warrant that any materials you provide (e.g. photos, content) are yours to use.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential any business or technical information clearly marked or reasonably understood to be confidential, during the engagement and for 2 years after termination.

8. Termination

  • Engagement continues until deliverables are completed, unless terminated earlier.

  • Either party may terminate if the other is in material breach and fails to remedy it within 14 days of written notice.

  • Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to that point.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid to us under the applicable Proposal.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits, lost business opportunities).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Solo Innovations Ltd against any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of deliverables

  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

11. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link].

  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws where you collect customer data (e.g. cookie consents, GDPR obligations).

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on trademaster.co. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations without our consent.

  • Severability: Invalid terms do not affect the rest.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your Proposal / Agreement and our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
